For facilities and commercial work
If you do maintenance, fire and security, cleaning or M&E work for offices, schools and shops, the facilities manager checks your paperwork before anything else. We put it where they can see it.
Certificates they can check
CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, NICEIC, Gas Safe, BAFE: each with its number, expiry date and a link to the scheme's own check.
Your insurance, in black and white
Public and employer's liability amounts and the month they renew. They ask for it on every form.
Sites you've looked after
The type of building, how many sites, where, and how long you've had the contract.
Where you cover and how fast
Your areas, your call-out hours and how quickly you get there. Method statements and risk assessments on request.
Extras

Cal.com or Calendly set up on your website, with your services listed, so customers can book a slot and get a reminder.
ServiceM8, Tradify or similar set up the way you work. Quotes, invoices and your diary ready to go.
Your profile set up and filled in on up to 5 sites, including Checkatrade, Bark and MyBuilder.
A logo, a set of colours, lettering and a short guide to using them.

Town by town
We look at the websites a customer would find for one trade in one town, check each against the same eight things, and write up the counts. Nobody is named.
