Most agencies' "case studies" are a screenshot of a finished website. Ours will be numbers, before and after, against the 8-point scorecard. Every one will include:
· Where the business ranked on Google before we started, and where it ranks now.
· Calls and enquiries in the 90 days before and 90 days after.
· Revenue impact (where the client is happy to share it).
· The full scorecard score before and after.
· What we didn't fix and why.
· A named quote from the client.
If we can't report honestly on all six, we won't publish. That's the standard.
