Why rebuild, not redesign
A new coat of paint doesn't fix a wrong layout.
Most trade websites fail in the same ways. The about page has no founder. Accreditations live three clicks deep. Project photos are stock. The contact form has no auto-response. None of those are design problems.
We start from the scorecard and work backwards. Every page you finish with has a specific job to do for a specific buyer at a specific moment. Nothing is decorative.

Website Overhaul sits inside The Overhaul at £1,250, delivered in 2 weeks. If you also want Google Ads setup, a video strategy and a brand refresh, it is inside The Full Works at £2,500.
Both include two rounds of revisions per deliverable, full ownership after payment and no lock-in. If a retainer makes sense afterwards, you can start one. If it does not, you do not.

Questions we hear for this one.
Do I need a complete rebuild, or just an edit?
We will tell you honestly in the free audit. If your current site passes most of the scorecard, a content rewrite and a few structure tweaks is enough. If it fails more than three of the eight items, starting from scratch is usually faster and cheaper.
What platform do you build on?
Fast, static sites that you own outright. You get the code, the domain, the hosting details and a plain-English guide to running it yourself if you ever want to.
Do I have to stop using Checkatrade, MyBuilder or Bark?
No. Keep them. Platforms are good for volume and emergency work; your own website is where you win the higher-margin, repeat, commercial jobs. We build yours to win the jobs the platforms do not send you.
Can I add pages or edit copy myself after?
Yes. We hand over a simple edit flow for text and photos, documented in plain English. If you would rather we do the updates, that is the Growth retainer at £250 a month.
Two weeks seems fast. What's the catch?
No catch. We use AI tools to move through copy drafts, wireframes and image processing faster than traditional agencies. The timeline assumes you reply within a business day during the build. If you are on a big job and cannot, we pause the clock.
